Timetric Electric 10KV Oil Immersed Power Distribution Transformer is one of the important equipment in the power supply and distribution system of industrial and mining enterprises and civil buildings. It reduces the 10 (6) kV or 35 kV network voltage to the 230/400V bus voltage used by users. This type of product is suitable for AC 50 (60) Hz, three-phase maximum rated capacity 2500kVA (single-phase maximum rated capacity 833kVA, single-phase transformer is generally not recommended), can be used indoors (outdoors), can be installed on poles when the capacity is 315kVA and below, the ambient temperature is not higher than 40℃, not lower than -25℃, the highest daily average temperature is 30℃, the highest annual average temperature is 20℃, the relative humidity does not exceed 90% (ambient temperature 25℃), and the altitude does not exceed 1000m. If it does not meet the above conditions of use, it should be adjusted appropriately according to the relevant provisions of GB6450-86.

It can be divided into three-phase transformers and single-phase transformers. In three-phase power systems, three-phase transformers are generally used. When the capacity is too large and is limited by transportation conditions, three single-phase transformers can also be used to form a transformer group in the three-phase power system.

Winding distinction:

It can be divided into two-winding transformers and three-winding transformers. Common transformers are two-winding transformers, that is, there are two windings on the iron core, one is the primary winding and the other is the secondary winding. The three-winding transformer is a transformer with a larger capacity (above 5600 kVA) and is used to connect three different voltage transmission lines. In special cases, Satons transformers with more windings are also used.

Electricity load

1) The capacity of the distribution transformer should be combined with the facility capacity of various electrical equipment to calculate the calculated load (generally excluding fire load). The compensated apparent capacity is the basis for selecting the capacity and number of transformers. The load rate of a general transformer is about 85%. This method is relatively simple and can be used to estimate capacity.

2) GB/T17468-1998 "Guidelines for the Selection of Power Transformers" recommends that the capacity of distribution transformers should be determined based on GB/T15164-94 "Load Guidelines for Oil-Immersed Power Transformers" or GB/T17211-1998 "Load Guidelines for Dry-Type Power Transformers" and calculated loads. The above two guidelines provide computer programs and normal cycle load diagrams to determine the capacity of distribution transformers.

Features and Benefits :

a. 10KV Oil Immersed Power Distribution Transformer low-voltage windings generally adopt a cylindrical structure with copper foil around the shaft, except for small capacity using copper conductors; high-voltage windings adopt a multi-layer cylindrical structure, so that the ampere-turn distribution of the winding is balanced, the leakage magnetic field is small, the mechanical strength is high, and the short-circuit resistance is strong.

b. The core and winding are each fastened. The fastening parts such as the height of the device and the low-voltage lead are equipped with self-locking anti-loosening nuts. The non-hanging core structure is adopted, which can withstand the vibration of transportation.

c. The coil and the core are vacuum dried, and the transformer oil adopts vacuum oil filtration and oil injection processes to minimize the moisture inside the transformer.

d. The oil tank adopts corrugated sheets, which have a breathing function to compensate for the volume change of oil caused by temperature changes. Therefore, this product has no oil storage cabinet, which obviously reduces the height of the transformer.

e. Since the corrugated sheet replaces the oil storage cabinet, the transformer oil is isolated from the outside world, which effectively prevents the entry of oxygen and moisture and causes the decline of insulation performance.

f. Based on the above five performance points, it is ensured that the oil-immersed transformer does not need to change oil during normal operation, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost of the transformer and prolongs the service life of the transformer.
